Current rates for on-demand support are as follows:

$150 per hour with a minimum charge of $50 for the first 20 minutes. Additional time is billed in 20-minute increments.

We prefer to initially provide diagnosis over the phone and using remote support software whenever possible. This provides a quickest resolution to the vast majority of problems we encounter.
